How do I purchase a completed home?
As the developers of the project, Red Apple Ranch Development Company LLC is selling the homes directly. We use a standard contract approved by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE).

We also use Placer Title Company as our escrow / title company. You may contact Placer Title Company at 209-795-1308. The local office we deal with is located in Arnold, CA.

Do I need a realtor?
We are happy to work with any brokerage/realtor.

I am a realtor and have a client – do you pay cooperating commission?
Yes, we cooperate with selling agents.

Do these homes come with a warranty?
These completed homes come with a 2-year unconditional warranty with the normal exceptions and a 10-year construction defect warranty. We design, build and use materials that should provide a low maintenance home for years.

Is financing available?
We do not provide financing but bank loans through traditional sources are available to qualified buyers. Mechanics Bank has been the primary lender on the property and would be interested in discussing mortgage loan options with you. You can reach them at 916-787-1355.

Are there model homes to see?
These are custom homes and each home is designed for the site and specific attributes of the lot location that we take advantage of for maximum views, privacy and energy efficiency.

We try to have a completed home available to see at all times so you can evaluate the quality of our work and see in person the general design principals in action. Some of the current homeowners have been kind enough to allow us to show their homes from time to time.

Keeping that in mind, we usually have a home available.
