Red Apple Ranch: The Vision
If you are a design enthusiast — like we are — you have most likely leafed through a design magazine or two and thought, “Now that’s what I would love: a modern home with incredible design on a fantastic piece of land.” This thought might often be followed by, “It’s just not financially feasible to buy a piece of land, hire an architect worth his or her salt and build a home custom designed for me.” The same thoughts unsettled our minds, as well, until we discovered Red Apple Ranch. It was then that we realized we could do what exactly what we love to do — design and build homes — and do so for a radically lower price structure than many thought possible.
After working with the elite clients of San Francisco’s housing market for the last 25 years, we have developed a unique style and method of bringing projects to completion by combining the design and construction of a home by the same company, working step by step together. At Red Apple Ranch, we added yet another hat: developer.
As the developer, we have been able to envision the individual lots and the potential home sites before building the roads and installing the utilities. By sizing the lots at a one-acre minimum, we have made certain that there would plenty of room for privacy and orientation of the homes for solar usage, as well as allow for individual design concepts. By both designing and building, we design to a budget instead of our fantasy. We can then map out the best way to maximize our client’s investment.
We are proud of the work we have done and continue to do. We are designing and building modern, green, custom homes in a breathtaking location, all the while working with our clients and their budgets to achieve their vision. Those design enthusiasts who once flipped through a magazine with a twinge of longing are able, with our help, to see their dream home become a reality.
